Scott is a partner and an Auctioneer for Hall and Hall Auctions. He has more than 30 years of auction experience attending Missouri Auction School in 1986 and opening an auction firm shortly thereafter. Scott is the 2014 Colorado State Champion Auctioneer. He was awarded the 1997, 2002 and 2014 Auction of the Year awards from the NAA, as well as the prestigious Rose Award presented by the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Scott has served as an instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute and Trustee for the NAA Education Institute. He is a past CAA Board member, the past President and the current Chairman of the Board of the National Auctioneers Association. He holds auction and real estate licenses in 26 states. Scott and his wife Krista reside in Eaton, Colorado with their three children Amanda -22, Walker -18 and Shelby -13. Their hobbies include snow skiing and cheering on the Denver Broncos.

Cissy has over 25 years of professional Hospitality Management expertise and has become specialized in the auction method of marketing with a focus on Benefit, Fundraising, Charity and Storage Facility Auctions. She is a certified, Professional Ringman from the Professional Ringmen’s Institute.
Cissy conducts training seminars, workshops and volunteer training for fundraising / non-profit organization clients along with talking to high school students about the auction industry and public speaking.
She has obtained her Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) certification through the National Auctioneers Association, in which only an elite number of less than 1% of auctioneers have earned worldwide. Cissy is a graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, World Wide College of Auctioneering and Professional Ringmen’s Institute and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). CAI is the industry’s premier training program developed by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) for auction professionals. She joins an exclusive group, where there are less than 800 current CAI Designation holders in an industry that estimates over 100,000 auctioneers in the United States.
Ms. Tabor is a proud member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and the Colorado Auctioneers Association (CAA); in which she serves as Executive Secretary for the CAA. She currently provides the services to the association as the Newsletter Editor. Cissy has been awarded multiple marketing awards from the National Auctioneers Association and MarCom Marketing for her work for The Colorado Auctioneer quarterly newsletter.
She is a graduate of Colorado Mesa State University with four (4) degrees she earned in Management, Commercial Management, Accounting and Hospitality Management while raising her two daughters, Mollie and Morgan, singlehandedly.
Cissy grew up in the Western Slope of Colorado and is a graduate from Rifle High School. In prior careers, outside of her accounting and business management roles, she assisted in safe guarding abandoned mines in the mountains throughout the State of Colorado, in addition to learning how to operate a backhoe and excavator.
She moved back home and resides in Rifle to be near her parents to assist them in their latter years of their abundant life.
She has found her passion in the auction industry in helping the community one organization at a time.
