* Halie, 2020 Colorado Auctioneer Champion will auction a flag to the attending members of the House of Representatives assisted by Mike Whitfield, 2020 Colorado Ringman Champion and Miss Shelby Shuman, our 2020 Troil Welton Winner.
* The Colorado Auctioneers Association will be recognized on the floor to the House of Representatives
* Attending members will assist Halie, providing Ringmen services for the flag that will be auctioned.
